Please be aware that in the event that you wish access to your personal information, you will be required to verify your identity. We will not charge you for providing access. It is understood that the processing of an application for access may take up to 30 days.

In certain instance you may be required to pay a reasonable fee based on our administrative costs if requesting further copies.

This right will enable you to obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed, to obtain access to it, and to obtain other supplementary information about how it is processed.  In this way you can be aware of and you can verify the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data.

This right allows individuals in certain circumstances to object to processing based on legitimate interests, direct marketing (including profiling) and processing for purposes of statistics.

Additional rights exist in law. However, we do not believe that we process data that is relevant to these rights.
